Terms of Service

By accessing or using Form4Sight (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Form4Sight is a data analytics platform that aggregates, scores, and ranks SEC Form 4 insider trading filings. The Service applies a quantitative scoring model across technical, fundamental, and insider quality dimensions to produce tiered signals. Additional analysis including Piotroski F-Score and Beneish M-Score is incorporated where data is available.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. You may not create accounts for others without their express consent.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion for requests made within 7 days of a charge where a material service failure occurred.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform in bulk
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Form4Sight data or signals without prior written permission
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or feature gates
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring model or proprietary methodology
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account

The Form4Sight scoring model, analysis methodology, signal tiers, platform design, and all associated software are proprietary and owned by Form4Sight. SEC Form 4 filing data is public domain, published by the SEC. Our scoring, ranking, presentation, derived analytics, and user interface are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or complete. SEC filing data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Signal scores are model outputs and may not reflect real-world outcomes. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Form4Sight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from reliance on signal data. Your use of any information from Form4Sight is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of Form4Sight after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Market data and financial information displayed on Form4Sight is sourced from publicly available third-party providers, including:

• SEC EDGAR — Form 4 insider trading filings (public domain, published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission)
• yfinance / Yahoo Finance — stock prices, fundamental data, financial statements, and technical indicators
• Finnhub — analyst consensus estimates, price targets, and congressional trading disclosures

Market data, financial metrics, and related information are sourced from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data may be delayed or contain errors. Users should verify all information independently before making any investment decisions. SEC filing data is reproduced as-is from public filings and is not modified by Form4Sight.
