Privacy Policy

When you create an account or use Form4Sight, we may collect the following information:

• Email address — collected when you create an account through Clerk authentication or subscribe to alerts.
• Usage analytics — pages visited, features used, session duration, and click patterns used to improve the product experience.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service and improve it. We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you provide it voluntarily in a support message.

• Account creation, authentication, and session management
• Delivering signal alerts, digest emails, and platform notifications
• Processing subscription payments and managing billing cycles
• Improving product features, fixing bugs, and enhancing user experience
• Responding to support requests and inquiries
• Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes — ever.

We use the following third-party service providers:

• Clerk — authentication and user account management. Subject to Clerk's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions. Request data, including IP addresses, passes through Vercel infrastructure. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — website analytics. Used to measure page views and feature usage. IP addresses are anonymized before processing. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Form4Sight and its users.

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking cookies.

We may use basic analytics (page views, feature usage counts, error rates) to understand how the platform is used and where to improve it. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users beyond what is necessary for debugging. IP addresses are anonymized before processing and are not stored in identifiable form.

Account data — including your email address and subscription status — is retained for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days of the deletion request. Anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., feature usage counts) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and analytics, as it cannot be traced back to any individual.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR for EU/EEA residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to deletion — request erasure of your personal data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Right to portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to opt out — unsubscribe from email alerts at any time via account settings or by emailing us.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate personal data.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following additional provisions apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Legal basis for processing — we process your data based on: (a) your consent when you create an account, (b) your consent for analytics and product improvement, (c) legitimate interests for fraud prevention and platform security, and (d) contractual necessity to provide paid subscription services.
• International data transfers — your data is processed and stored in the United States and Canada. We rely on standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements with our service providers (Clerk, Stripe) to protect data transferred outside the EEA.
• Right to restrict processing — you may request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute or request is resolved.
• Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.
• Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to know — you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
• Right to delete — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing or service levels for making a privacy request.
• Do Not Sell My Personal Information — Form4Sight does not sell personal information to third parties. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
• Categories collected— identifiers (email address), commercial information (subscription status), and internet activity (usage analytics). See "Information We Collect" above for details.

To submit a CCPA request, email privacy@form4sight.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Form4Sight after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
